Updating my review from a year ago. Still. The slowest drive-thru EVER. Especially the business lane. You think they’d treat people with a sense of urgency. Just left their drive thru commercial lane. Literally no one else there. Gave the young woman with an afro my deposit and she vanished! After 10 minutes I honked, nothing. Then I finally unhooked my seatbelt and knocked on the glass, she just looks at me, I ask if everything is okay and she just says “it’s the machine” and I wait for another damn near 5 minutes!! She’s lucky no one else was there otherwise they’d be lined out to the street, my god!!! No sense of urgency and zero hospitality. When I have time I drive out to the Cranston road location, way better service.

God forbid anyone should need this bank to send THEM a paper via snail mail. I've been waiting a month for a form to authorize transfers from my savings to checking. I've called customer service numerous times. They dug in their heels because they want to send the paper via a secure email and I want it sent via USPS. Today they tell me that I now have to call someone else and refused to tell that someone else to call me. Guess I am THEIR customer service.
