  Guys. We are driving cross country and Our 2019 Ram 3500 gave us a code regarding our def and that we’d be locked up at 5mph if we didn’t get to a dealer. We stopped at Oreilly Auto to get the code and it wasn’t a code we could find. Thankfully there was Blake Fulenwider Dodge just 1 mile away. Not only were they friendly and quick to help us but they did t even charge us. We were leaking DEF due to a detached Hose. They fixed the hose free of charge and gave us directions to the nearest car wash with under carriage cleaning to help get rid of the Crystalizing DEF that sprayed everywhere. Can’t thank them enough. We were back on the road towing our Travel trailer in under 2 hours. Thanks Zack for all your help and patience.

  This place is an absolute JOKE!!!!! My sales person (female) was not great at all. She had a good attitude but was a liar. Never called me back after sever days saying she would. Then had the audacity to say that she left voice mails on my phone and my wife's, lie! She said the car had been serviced and cleaned, lie. There are drawings with crayons on the door and dirt and grease stains all on the visers and roof. Every window button and cruise control button sticks due to something spilt in them. Which I have yet to be able to get cleaned. 3 bald tires with one brand new tire! On a AWD vehicle, come on. A cracked windshield smh. The oil was black as midnight. I bought the car with around 62k miles and changed it at 66k miles. No reason for the oil to be black. Windshield wipers were worn and needed to be replaced, needed windshield washer fluid and coolant. They finally fixed the windshield and tires 4 weeks later. This filter and cab filter was disgusting as seen below. This was extremely POOR service by the whole dealership and to treat their customers so poorly just to make a sale. Yes, I should have checked the filters and did a more thorough check on the interior. Never again will I purchase another vehicle from them nor will I point anyone in that direction! Out of a 1- 10, I give them a -10000000.

  I just drove over an hour with a flyer from these guys saying I won $2,500 only to get a $5 gas card. I will definitely buy a car from someone else. Total scammers
