      This was our 2nd year filing with this company as they were referred to us. We recently received a letter from state saying there was a mistake in our filings in which we owe more. I have called 5 times and still waiting on someone to call me even after I emailed the letter from state over a month ago. I will never recommend them to anyone or go back to them. Awful customer service and do not care about their customers. You are better off going to H & R Block who pulled someone off the street to do your taxes. Same service.
