      Absolutely had the best experience today @ the Wyoming location with Kinda Deising & Katie Pell. I was in the application process of an auto loan with Bloom CU and reached out to them for help. Kinda was able to identify my issue and Katie was able to completely take care of it. Not only did they make it an enjoyable experience but they were very expeditious.       Time to change. Trying to get my May statement. Not posted online. Called and told it would be another 2-3 days before I can get it online. Assistant tried to get it behind from the scenes but not available. Trying to close on home loan with another bank. This is the only paperwork I am waiting on to close loan. In this day and age hard to believe they cant post on first of month. Will be closing all accounts and moving on.
