      I have a business account with this bank from few years now and when you have a business account, many times you get big checks from the vendors for the payments and when you deposit these checks to your account with this bank they hold the funds with them and give laymen excuse of Security reason. Recently I deposited a Cashier's check which in other terms it's one type of a cash only but then also this bank has hold my Cashiers check and saying that they can release the fund after one week. so technically they use our money for 1 week, make some money on our money and then they credit the money to our account. Shame on it. Would never like to bank with this Bank.

      I was referred to Rick Tayfel to get a preapproval. My wife and I left 4 different messages for him with no call back. I then googled him to see if there was different contact information. His Twitter comes up. It appears he wasn’t returning my calls because he rather tweet that Covid is fake, science isn’t real, and that the election was rigged. Very disappointing. Maybe tell your employees to try and gain someone’s business and not post obnoxious tweets on a Twitter where they promote their business.
