      I am so glad to have used Blue Brick. Shelley is fantastic - very quick to respond and to clarify things. Tom and Jacobs are amazing too, always answering our questions and keeping us at ease. We didn't have a agent (builder wouldn't pay for a buying agent) so we asked non-loan related questions too and they answered them all. The interest rate was best we got and the free lock period was also longer than what other offered. I would highly using Blue Brick.

      I fully admit I was skeptical of the flyer I received in the mail. I get a couple things like this every month but was about to move forward with another lender and glad I checked this out. They saved me thousands in closing costs and their rate of 2.87 was significantly better than my 3.25 from the other group. They were very responsive and easy to work with. These guys are great!
