Years ago, I brought in a vintage gretch guitar my father had for years. He paid over 900 in the mid 1990s. They offered me 15 dollars. I'll never return to this business again.

Hello , I want to try help you . First did you bring it in years ago . I did see you sold one to us in 2015 for well over $100 Dollars . Or did you bring in a different guitar recently ? I have had a good experience selling to Blue Diamond pawn shop. They have tries cheat me every single time. This last time. My husband and I naught some rings that were steel yet, the guys doing the transaction said they sterling silver. Keep in mind that we (purchased steel rings) now, my husband wanted to sell a ring that had 10kt gold but, was mostly steel. They flat said “we don’t take steel”. Yet, they just sold us two 100% steel ring. They had a hold tray of them. I will never purchase or sell anything from Blue Diamond. They are a joke. I only gave them one star because I couldn’t give them a zero.

We appreciate your review but I believe it is out of context . I looked into this and this happened at our other location and they said they gave you a full refund of the misunderstanding on the silver/stainless markings . As far why don't purchase stainless and or costume jewelry over the counter is that we only buy that from Brand new wholesale distributers and that is why we can sell it so inexpensively , between $5 to $ 10 Dollars . Thank you
