      Our Leadership class held our training day at the Blue Headquarters last week. We were able to utilize the training rooms on the second level and the main reception on the lower level for our lunch and afternoon session. I can’t say enough great things about the facility, atmosphere and staff. Marielle, John and Michele all greeted us and made sure were were set up appropriately and we proactive the entire day insuring a successful day and great learning environment. Thank you to the Blue team!

      Been banking with BFCU for going on 6-7 years. Unless it is them calling you and emailing you repeatedly to get you to do a survey on them, don’t try to get a hold of them because they won’t answer the phone when you actually need help. Called every branch in Cheyenne and no one answered.

      Your branch needs a drop box! I went to the teller machine and found a debit card of someone else still in the machine when trying to do my transaction. Didn’t know what to do with the debit card of the other person, so I dropped it off at the Cheyenne PD.
