  I used BFCU for the first time to finance a new truck and Tanica and Joy were great to deal with. I am a resident of Montana so when it came time to register my truck in Montana we ran into a few problems but Tanica stuck it out until it was finally done. It ended up taking so long that I made 2 payments before I had plates on my truck. However, thanks to the folks there and the regional director Leslie Swidecki, they not only paid for my extension on the temporary plate but they covered my June truck payment. The process wasn't perfect by any means but they stayed with me through the end and eventually made it right. I will be using them again in the very near future for another vehicle loan.

  The worst credit union ever. Will not extend loan for safe living conditions, safe dependable transportation for work to ensure payments. Not even for the permanently progressively disabled Mother of mine and I that lost my Grandmother and my full time employment as her nurse as well. Now make 3 times the income I did before and still sell not extend loans for our safety and well-being between a vehicle and deposit and first month's rent to initially get into a safer living environment as the one we in now use not.
