What happened to the customer service? Today I wanted to break a $20 bill while I was at Safeway's Blue credit union so I see the two lady tellers that had nothing to do for a while besides looking to each other, when I ask them to break my $20 bill the first thing she asked me was if I have an account naturally I didn't so she said that she can't break it since I'm not a customer then I told her "well it looks like I would never open an account with them" with this kind policies and attitudes. I don't know what business are thinking when they come to a community like Cheyenne and expect you to be a customer when first hand besides the advertisement you want to support them, but how; they seem to forget all about old fashion good customer service.

Worst bank! Bank with someone else and save yourself a headache. They like to lock accounts and lie about unlocking your account. I'm leaving them to bank with someone else
