This bank still in its infancy, and no where near a big bank, which has its upsides and downsides. However one thing you can count on is the friendliness of the staff members, especially Joanne Lopez. She is more than just a bank manager, she’s caring and honestly concerned about her customer’s banking needs. She’s always willing to help and answer questions. She makes you feel comfortable knowing that your money is in good hands.

Fraudulent company, will withhold money and refuse to give it back to you. 9 months and pending now, that they have taken money and not given it back. If you bank with this company, it will be the financial decision you regret the most

Above and beyond! Opened my brand new small business account with BFB a few months ago and it was super easy. Today I had an opportunity to talk with Joanne Lopez about other services and she was absolutely awesome - too good to not take the time for a review! Joanne was beyond helpful, quick to respond (which I love), and (after so many questions) kind to boot! I'm a happy BFB customer. p.s. I did also visit the Glen Ridge branch today (last minute transaction) and the service there was excellent as well! That was my first time visiting that branch and everyone was very attentive. Overall, beyond happy with BFB :)
