  Loved working with Matt at Blue-inc Capital! When our residential financing fell through, and our real estate deal was on the precipice of disaster, we reached out and Matt was able to get us closed within 10 business days. Whew. Held our hand every step of the way. Would recommend to fellow real-estate investors or those who are having trouble qualifying for a traditional mortgage.

  I honestly don’t know if I can write a review as worthy as Blue Inc Capital deserves. From the moment I called and spoke to Matt, I felt I had hope for a positive solution to my situation that had been dragging on for months. I had pretty much given up and was at a dead-end, until I made the call. Within minutes my angst was gone, because I knew I was talking to a true professional, with not only expert intelligence, but kind hearted compassion for what I was going through. That means a lot when you’re stressed and exhausted. Matt and his team put me on a clear path to success, and guided me step by step all the way across the finish line. Not once was I left wondering what the next step was going to be, or how it may or may not go. Blue Inc Capital knows their stuff! Every question I had, they had answers for. They even had answers before I even knew I had questions. My circumstances had “roadblocks” and unconventional circumstances and they handled each circumstance with the utmost in efficiency, intelligence, and tenacity that it needed. I was so impressed with their work ethic and knowledge of how to “get it done” that, for the first time, I just sat back and relaxed! I had complete trust in this team to do what needed to be done. My family and I will now be moving into our new home soon, and we couldn’t be more excited and thankful!
