  Will do or say anything to get people to get business but did not follow through with any necessary repairs (over 3+ years) and were misleading to the condition of the home when rented. We had to spend hours cleaning the home ourselves before moving in because no staff had entered the home to inspect it in what looked like at least 6 months (made them aware and they provided us with a broom to borrow, gee, thanks!). There were cobwebs everywhere, dead bugs all over the window sills and floor, just plain dirty, and the owners belongings filling the basement/outside/elsewhere. Many others over the years have relayed similar experiences in renting and purchasing with this company in the past. When issues came up, the attitude and rude responses I received from certain individuals there was shocking to say the least. Since there aren’t many choices of realtors in this small town, either find another or just make sure you very thoroughly inspect the home in person before signing anything because the lack of honestly and professionalism may come back to haunt you as it did with me.
