      Nothing but good to say about this company. Professionalism and honesty were evident throughout the process. We couldn't be happier. They were thorough, yet expedient. And rolled with all our changes smoothly. Including last minute changes to the contract in the midst of closing! Also, friendly and personable. We will use them in the future and recommend them to others with no hesitation!

      Very difficult company to deal with! We have sold four properties in the past three years and this is our first time using Blue Ridge (buyers choice). The current property sale is an inheritance. Blue Ridge changed their mindset in who actually owns the property just days before closing (unheard of!), did not communicate scheduled closing time and day to heirs until THE DAY BEFORE closing with some heirs out of state and some with other appointments, customers can expect to be there an hour or more with NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE.
