  Contacted Peter Lyddy of Blue Sky for a refinance of a completed construction loan. When trying to establish a conversation that would be productive to a final result I had the perception that this guy is a bit spread thin due to a lack of communication. So I made an inquiry asking if he was too busy to be able to give this the professional attention a person would expect. In doing so I was met with the reply "Wow, from this text I can see we are not going to be a good fit" And never heard from him again. Getting a mortgage can be a daunting task and good communication from a mortgage broker is really important. I know, I own part of a real estate company and deal with home buyers in the process regularly. If the channels of good communication can't be established, and the customer does not have the impression that the person he/she is working with is putting forth a reasonable effort to earn the commission and come up with a solution that is best for the customer, the process of getting a mortgage or refinance is going to be much more difficult than it needs to be. The end result could find the borrower ending up with the wrong mortgage or ultimately not getting the best mortgage or refinance option if good communication and attention was not present from the beginning. Good communication results in good outcomes and communication at a level you would expect when dealing with someone working in this industry was never established and I was left with the feeling this was all one big monumental waste of my time so I can not leave a positive recommendation.
