Daryn and his team are phenomenal! They worked quickly and successfully in a changing market against a more challenging back drop of changing properties and my unique requirements. We went from contract to commitment in less than 2 weeks and close within 30 days of contract. He and his team were fast, creative, diligent and flexible.
