  I went with my mom to open my first checking account and it was amazing. The inside was clean there was no trash In the parking lot. We went inside and we were greeted imediately. We were instructed to wait which only took five minutes and then I was greeted by a nice man. In very clean clothes. He called me sir and I really appreciated that because even though I am still young he treated me with the same respect as anyone else. excellent service, best bank in town. 😇

  Absolute horrible bank, slowest service. I would not recommend anyone coming to this bank. There is barely anyone working here.

  Please train more people on how to do cash advances at the bolingbrook and Romeoville location. It's only one lovely lady who knows how to do cash advances at the bolingbrook location on lilycash. She needs a raise, because she can do a various of things.
