      I went to this branch and it was closed unexpectedly. The sign says that it is temporarily closed, that has been over 3 weeks. No news no letter from the branch or automated phone call as to why. I’m lucky enough to have a car to go to another branch, but some people in that neighborhood are not. Really disappointed with BMO bank.

      Last Saturday while waiting for the South shore transit, my cell phone fell in between the casing of an BMO Harris atm located in the Gary Transit/ Greyhound center. I immediately called the number on the ATM and got the run-around. A csr promised to forward my information and complaint to someone and that I would receive my phone back in two days. Two days have passed and I called again only to be told by a banker that I called the wrong number and can't help me. I've check with security, and the bus transit staff to see if a BMO tech came and retrieved my phone and turned it in. No one has. I really feel let down and I need my phone for work at my new job. Without it I cannot work. I went online today only to find out that there is not contact info for that ATM at that location (100 west 4th Ave Gary indiana).
