  Shame on me for not switching banks sooner. Hard to imagine worse customer service. Yesterday, my debit card was lost or stolen. When I called the 800 number to cancel, wait time was 90 minutes - an hour and a half, with no option to ask for a call back. I have had many long waits for BMO customer service, but this one was the worst. I never did get through. Local employees seem to turn over weekly. I am 82 years-old. I've dealt with a few banks in my time, but never received service as poor as that of BMO Harris. This organization should not be a licensed bank in Minnesota

  They have a very special system to steal your money. The manager will start yelling at you basically at the top of his lungs if he is not he's not right. I have been to a lot of banks but By far this was the worst customer service I've ever had in any store in my whole life.
