      Thanks to Yulian and Salomon BMO Harris has always been my main bank for my personal transactions. It has no hidden fees and everything is always free. My only recommendation is that they should create an easy way in online banking to transfer funds to third parties who also have a BMO Harris account instantly to avoid annoying and repetitive Zelle holds or high wire transfer fees. Zelle at this bank is very annoying because they always hold payments and you have to call customer service and wait 48 hours for the payment to be processed and sometimes it takes longer due to weekends or non-working days (this does not happen with other banks) and finally, they should have more Spanish-speaking people in customer service because interpreters are sometimes unprepared and confuse or delay banking operations by not translating the correct information.

      It was such a pleasure working with Galia. She helped me out a few different times with my mom"s account. She was excellent with me and also my little girl, who I had to bring to the bank with me. Amazing Customer Service. She definitely went Above And Beyond. Thank you, Galia
