If I could give it a negative star, I would. Just like the service provided to me and my daughter. I see nothing possitive about this branch...AT ALL!!!! You will be hearing from...or possibly even seeing me on Monday! Depends on your customer service Monday morning when we contact you.

From not understanding how to perform a wire transfer (a two hour wait) to closing my account (in good standing) without my permission and then not sending my balance in a check, making me wait over an hour in the branch, if you want your time wasted, I suggest BMO Harris. Girlfriend has had similar experiences with negligence and incompetence. Workers there are friendly and polite, some of my experiences were not their fault entirely. I still think this bank deserves a one star rating.
