      Worst customer service, especially by the supposed bank manager, Mr. Nickels. The other people I spoke to at the bank had no interest in addressing my concerns as it was time to close.

      They called me up to tell me they issued me the wrong card. I went to Bmo to pick up my new card... come yo find out I’m paying 15.5% interest rate and discovered they switched me from no interest to 15% from 0%.., now no one will call me back and I’m soo upset!!!
