BMO Harris Burr Ridge is the type of excellence in customer service you rarely find these days. From the Teller Manager & tellers who are always & consistently ready to go above & beyond for their customers. Julia & Ann in personal banking are just wonderful. Eloisa, the teller manager is extremely knowledgeable & her professional & personal skills really shine. Would not bank anywhere else.

In August, I had a wonderful experience with Julia at this BMO Bank. I called the bank to discuss a problem I was having after my father passed away. I had originally gone to another BMO branch and the branch manager would not help me. Julia was so kind, attentive, professional and went above and beyond ... and got the problem resolved in just a couple days. I am forever grateful to her. THANK YOU
