  Yesterday was the first time in this bank . At this time met one of the rudest tellers ever . There was minor issue with my friends id. Today we got up and went to bmv bright early to get new i.d so my friend laura could get her money out the bank before we was even greeted today the same teller is like where not taking that form of i.d. its a from the bmv they say its legal . After asking the bank manger a few ??? I went outside to call bmv so they explain to the teller it was legal. The bank manger stated to my friend they was going push silent button on me . My friend then stated she trying to help me .. Not harm me .. I think your tellers and mangers need to review what legal and whats not and take lession in customer service and not snub your nose in air because someone that banks with you is homeless . You could caused me to behurt by the cops today no reason for that when i was just trying help my friend get what was legal hers . no threats was made . just questions asked which we got rude respone everytime . thanks for rudeness and horriable customer service ... She says you yet to get her bank card to her in a month ... Glad i dont bank with you . worst service ever ....
