  Angelo Lopez is not our normal banker for our non profit but he stepped in and did a phenomenal job on mitigating a potential fraud claim we thought we had. He was professional, acted quickly, and followed up until our issue was resolved

  Had an account for two weeks. Work deposit money into the account and I couldn’t even use my money. When I visit the brach, all I got was “someone will call you”. Call support line and I got the same message. I’m already a week late for all of my bills including mortgage, cars, and credit card. Will not use this bank ever again.

  I'm surprised by these low ratings. The tellers here are actually really nice and do their best to help their customers. There can be a wait at times but I don't mind waiting if I know I'm going to get the same quality customer service when it's my turn. The branch is small but the customer service is Great! Hat's off to Tarasha, Angelo and the Manager that took over for Erika.
