  Recently (2/2022) did a refi on a HELOC. The lady who worked with us had no clue what she was doing. She didn't understand the paperwork, BMO's process or even the terms her bank used. When we closed we thought our rate was X. Only to find out at the end it was actually higher. Then she said our account for our old loan would be frozen. Of course it wasn't and they took a payment out. How can you do a job and be that unqualified for it? Don't they train their employees? The hours are bad if you work 1st shift. So it is busy on the weekend if you need to actually use a service other than a teller. They plan for this by only having one person working so you just sit there, waiting, for what seems like an eternity, to do something simple like open an account for your kid. I know we can go else where but it is close to our house and we have other reasons as well. If you haven't banked here go somewhere else. Unless you have a schedule that allows for you to come in during a weekday. Avoid the weekend like the plague.

  Location currently fails to take cash deposit from customers. Talked to the manager for a few minutes and felt disrespected. Asked to close my accounts and they didn’t want to service me. Bank then blamed it on Milwaukee.
