      ONLINE BANKING AND PHONE BANKING BEEN AT ITS WORST. CARD LOCKED UP, CANT LOGIN ONLINE BECAUSE OF WEB MAINTENANCE AND ERRORS, NO PHONE SUPPORT BECAUSE THE 844 NUMBER CLOSED EARLY, NO ACCESS TO CARD, WIFE INLINE WITH 50 PEOPLE BEHIND HER WAITING TO CHECK OUT AND WE CANT DUE TO CARD SECURITY AGAIN. THE SECURITY PART IS GOOD BUT HAVE SOMEONE THERE ON THE PHONE AT THE 844 NUMBER TO UNLOCK "WHEN NEEDED". HOW EMBARRASING. NICE STAFF AT THE BANKING CENTER THO..
