  I'm giving above 5 stars for Anne who I've had as my helper at this bank for many years for how above and beyond she has gone to help me and my family! For Urfi however, I give 0 stars for the unpleasant experience of being tricked into opening another account I specifically and repeatedly made clear I did not want to create and was only at the bank to make a simple last name change on my current accounts but she did so anyways and refused to close the account. Any business you need to get finished at BMO, speak with Anne!
