  A few months ago I was scouting banks for my LLC Business Account and decided to go with BMO because of Robert T. I officially setup my account this week. Everything went great! Robert was very personable and friendly and I liked that he didn't over sale. He setup my account and also gave me additional info regarding benefits and perks that were available to assist with my business. I wish more banks could provide this level of customer service. It was overall a great experience. Corey, the branch manager was fantastic as well. The environment was very professional and welcoming. I would recommend this branch for services.

  This branch is so incredibly poorly run, it’s almost laughable. It’s not laughable though due to the fact that they lost 1k and the branch manager cannot even reach out to speak to you and the bankers could not even catch the mistake. I have been a customer for 20 years and even that is not enough for anyone to take this seriously.

  Would not recommend to use this bank for any services as my cash deposit did not show up in my account till the time I complained about it. Their approach towards this incident was very casual which made me thing I am not the first one to complain about their ATM's. Would recommend to keep all the receipts if banking with BMO never know what trick the ATM's can play on you.. I would recommend staying away from them for peace of mind BMO account was hacked again today. I am closing my account once I receive money back. Stay alert
