      The woman answered the phone was rude and just said hello and it was 30 min Before time for them to close she said call customer service she couldn’t pull my account up i knew something was wrong the BMO downtown gives me no problem only the highschool road.

      Michelle is very rude anytime I have had to come in and deal her. She does not know how to talk to customers at all. Extremely poor customer service!
