      The worst bank and even worse customer service. No one is empowered to really address an issue. The manager is useless and the people who work under her even so, even after understand the issue I was having and deeming it legitimate after the personal banker was nice enough to spend time researching it and getting to the bottom of it they still wouldn’t help you out. Closed ALL my accounts here after 15 years will never step a foot inside a BMO and will discourage others from doing so. Chase was very delight and happy to receive my money and business.
