  Update: things have improved. Now able to do banking in the lobby. Service has much improved. I really didnt want to change banks. Getting back to the good service. However they changed the seating and the chairs are to low makes it very difficult for someone with my mobility to get up and down. Lobby only open by appointment. Thats not for general banking. Most customers are still having to do all their banking outside. So apparently the less money you have the more likely you are to pass covid19..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Other banks never closed the lobby. .

  Yes if you just have drive- through you should be open til 5 om or 5:30. And all open lanes should have a teller.
