      After having terrible service at the BMO office in Tempe, I came to this branch to help resolve issues pertaining to closing the probate process for my late Dad's estate. The Tempe branch was unable to produce the documents I needed and after 4 months of working with them I gave up. When I came to this branch and started working with Hussam I received most of the paperwork I needed in 2 weeks. I am very grateful for all of Hussam's help and kind communication.

      I Would like inform people that have gotten a car loan from BMO Bank. If you payoff the loan with cash and want to sell your vehicle to another person they will hold your title hostage for additional 10 days.....AND STILL WAITING. You will not be able to transfer the title to the new owner FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS ... I would not borrow money from this bank to purchase anything...This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life....

      Ryan Jackson was phenomenal, I’ve been dealing with the same banking issue for over six month and nobody would get me a resolution. I came into the branch on Cactus/Tatum and Ryan quickly was able to get me the Information I needed to get this issue resolved. Ryan is great and an obvious asset to BMO Harris!
