      I’ve been to 3 branches in 2 days to get a new debit card after somebody hacked my card number. Everyone here pushes off the work and nobody actually helps. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I will be closing my account if I can actually get somebody to do their job and assist me.

      Amanda in the drive thru has the worst customer service! Screen clicked on n off so fast I never was able to tell her what I wanted done with my transaction. Seen her texting on her cell while I waited. Very rude and short. Just stopped there between errands- thanks to Amanda I will never do my business at this bank again - I will go to my regular BMO Harris bank.

      Been a member for years since original M&I bank. Set up an account about two years ago, had an issue this week where it turns out they set it up wrong two years ago totally misrepresenting the account. Had an issue with bill pay this week where theiy have lost an important check in rhe mail over 3 days now, zero attempt to make it right. Blame the post office, blaming the weather, next im going to hear a dog ate it. They Want to charge me to cancel the check. Terrible. Im closing my account. Zero stars
