      The Crete branch said they were busy and sent us to the Chicago Heights branch saying it was down the street. My wife and I proceeded to the recommended branch only to have the same problem. The guard provided instructions not bank staff. We waited fifteen minutes for a chance to open an account but left after being ignored by banking staff. The commercials aren't true this bank is too busy to do business with regular people. Especially since there was nobody in the waiting area.
