      BMO HARRIS was once customer oriented and when you called people knew about banking- Since before covid there is no more customer service ( 1 to 2 hrs wait time and the person you talk to does not know anything about banking and put you on hold for indefinite time)- When you call the branch same thing the person does not know anything about banking… and answer as she was awaking from a deep deep sleep….how can BMO HARRIS properly manage my account?

      I am a 15+ year customer. I called into the branch in May 2019 to set up a small line of credit. They lost the application and ignored my follow up emails. It's a problem because I'm resident in Scotland and can't just pop into a branch to waste my time (again) re-applying with my wife. So who knows when I can make this happen...
