  My son needed to get his first checking account. We attempted to walk in to several other local banks and refused due to lack of employees. We decided to try BMO palatine. We didn’t schedule an appointment on a Saturday and walked in 8 minutes before they closed. Vidhya was so kind, willing to help my son and took her time helping him out and explaining how to use his mew accounts. We opened a checking and savings for him with her help. I am incredibly grateful for the time she took with us especially 8 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Thank you for caring and helping us, Vidhya! You’re an Angel.

  Walked to this branch to open a new account. There were 2 bankers with no customers but they made me wait and wait until I just left. This was the first and last time I'll step foot inside that bank. It's too bad because I live so close.

  Do not do any business with bmo harris bank, They have a trick to charge people for insufficient fund, when there's enough money on the account, The free checking account it is just to attract people so they can fall into bank's fees,
