I wish I could leave zero stars. With excellent credit, and plenty of equity in our home we applied for a HELOC. We explained from the beginning that we have a finished basement which includes more bed and bath space than the model. After the so called appraisal was completed it was obvious that the appraiser did a simple search online and based the entire appraisal off that instead of using any of the info we provided. We were formally denied as a result of the inaccuracies in the appraisal, took a credit hit, and have an absolutely inaccurate appraisal that is useless to us now. We are filling a complaint with the real estate commission of our state for this unacceptable appraisal report. Beware of this company, and consider another lender who takes the details of your loan seriously.
