  This is hands down the best BMO Harris Bank branch I've ever been to. I've been with Harris for decades; originally up in Chicago and now transplanted down in Westfield. I initially visited various BMO's in teh area to get a feel for their customer service and willingness to help me on specific things with my accounts. When I came to the BMO at Greyhound Plaza (near Best Buy and Barnes & Noble) I met Carolyn Linville, the Branch Manager, and she made me feel so at home, being new to the state and city. She showed a level of customer care that I have never seen at a bank before or since. Carolyn and her entire team are all very friendly and even though I do most of my banking via my smartphone, I do like to stop in and check up on my accounts now and then simply because I know that everyone there says hi to me, knows me as more than just an account number, and are invested in genuine conversations with me about my life. Carolyn never pushes sales on me, but always has the recommendations for me when she knows there's a potential need on my end. She hooked me up with Keith, a BMO Investment Banker, and now, for the first time ever, I have money invested into a plan towards my retirement... something I never thought I would or could have. I cannot tell you how beyond please I am with Carolyn, her team, and this branch overall. They've made me feel like BMO cares about me as someone who trusts them with my money and also as a person. Thank you Carolyn... you're the best!!

  Why can’t people think anymore. I deposited a $5000 check and cashed a $500 check. I had to show my ID. If I was thief why would I make a deposit? Why wouldn’t I cash the $5000 check? Come on man, think!!
