Whenever I call to speak to someone I have to call a least 15 times for someone to answer. I’ve called 8 times today with no answer, frustrating is all. And this is an on going thing I’ve noticed. Guess I’ll just hop in my car and stop in so I can speak to someone. Everyone is always very friendly tho.

good service whenever I go, but am disappointed in the Covid hours. BMO is the only bank in the area that decreased their drive up hours. Poor customer service.
