Although this is a large National Bank the employees at the Fox River Grove branch, gives you that small town feeling of respect, friendlyness, and always willing to talk with you!

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about my favorite branch!! Patty, Anna, Jen and Erica always go that extra mile to provide outstanding service and support!! When Covid19 went into effect and I wasn't able to do my face to face banking, I was reassured by all of them that all of my banking needs would be met and they exceeded my expectations!! I did a lot of it over the phone and I felt confident and secure every time!! Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and superior customer service!! I'm so glad that I have a bank and bankers that I can trust with my money!!

Nothing but 5-Stars across the board! My family and I have used this branch for close to 20 years now. I have recently begun utilizing their assistance with in person meetings with their banker Annamarie L. She has been nothing short of amazing! Helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.
