      I love how fantastic my BMW experience has been (except for Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, Ca, that was the worst dealership experience of my life) aside from them, I can't speak more highly about my BMW experience!! 2020 M4CS owner.

      Terrible customer service over the phone. The lady was breathing hard over the phone as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. I've had a few good phone representatives but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. When you are paying so much for your car not only you pay for your ride but it should come with an expected better experience over the phone, at the dealer.

      The worst service ever. Waste of time. Impossible to get someone to talk to and requested information is not available online or by phone. The pits when it comes to customer service.
