      Great experience on getting my new BMW X3 Matt and Joshua really helped on real quick to get the car even though I had relocated to Austin on my international transfer!!!

      so regretted to purchase my new BMW here especially with service department. Worst experiences ever compare with Lexus service department in Austin. They don't provide loaner cars even with all day service because its free recall service while Lexus Austin provide loaner cars if service is longer than 2 hours. They don't even provide Saturday because its free recall service. Very disappointed. updates: The owner replied me a week ago to email him with my method of contact to discuss about it. I did email him about a week ago. I never got a response from him. So disappointed again!
