      I’ll start off by saying that I am pleased with the loan we received from Bob and AmCap. However, the process through underwriting was a little frustrating. There were multiple instances of emails and phone calls going unanswered. I will say I don’t think for a second this was intentional; there must be a breakdown of communication somewhere. However, the process of buying/selling a home is already stressful and this absolutely contributed to that stress.
