Bob and his Team were amazing to work with!. Being self employed I literally had a lender laugh at me when I told them I wanted to buy a 2nd home. Bob got creative. After ruling out the conventional method he was able to get me financed for the purchase of our dream FL home. Through all the bumps and hurtles he talked me off a ledge multiple times. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I couldn't have done it with out him! Highly recommend!
