Horrible bank DO NOT GO THERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! After fake updates through all the process that everything goes well, the closing date set up surprise no closing!!!! After more than 6 weeks of waiting and waiting this bank never gone back to their customers and us as seller so our deal fell through but thankfully our buyers changed the bank and finally we are dealing with a great team and a great bank! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK NEITHER STEVEN DALTON AS A LOAN AGENT!!!! My back is sore from sleeping on air mattresses and I had to deal with TWO KIDS 5 and 2 years old in an empty house for more than 8 weeks!!!!! If you want to do yourself a favor DO NOT TAKE A MORTGAGE WITH THEM! Here the prove of how we lived because of their work ethic!
