Buyer was pre-approved with this company. The initial close date was Jan. 3rd but because it was a holiday got pushed back. My family and I packed up our whole house, and we are currently living out of boxes in anticipation of closing. However, because there was no communication between buyer, his agent, and the lender the buyer was forced to back out of the deal. Now we've lost 2-3 months waiting and have to go through the process from the beginning again. Don't use this company!
