      Customer service is the worst. Non existent! This bank should be put out of business along with those who run it, there needs to be an example for others as a reminder of how not to treat your customers. Shutting down my account this week.

      I have dealt with the Highlands Ranch branch of what was originally Colorado State Bank and Trust, and is now BOK Financial, for approximately two decades. They have handled both our personal, as well as our business banking accounts throughout this time period.
