      Scheduled an appt to speak with a business specialist about purchasing an existing business. Pulled together my paperwork, drove to the location, and they were not aware of my appt OR have anyone available that could talk to me. Very unprofessional. While I was waiting in the lobby, I could also hear the entire conversations from one of the bankers in her office, where she seemed to be discussing her personal goals, areas she needed to improve on, and classes she had/was taking to improve herself. Again, all very unprofessional. I ended up telling them I would take my business elsewhere.
