BUYER BEWARE. We refinanced with this group in September of 2019. They were amazing up front and very helpful through closing. We decided to refinance as a lower payment was offered. Fast forward to May of 2020 when we get a letter informing us our escrow was not just underfunded....but WAAAAAY underfunded. A review of our records showed that our previous mortgage holder was taking a more appropriate escrow amount and that our "lower payment" offered through BOK was really just underfunding the escrow for seven months. We are back to where we were with our monthly mortgage while also having the pleasure of having spent more money on closing costs and having a giant bill due in the middle of a pandemic. When we reached out to them for support and clarification, they were non-responsive. Yes, part our fault for not double checking their math (I thought that was the point of working with someone to refinance?) Make sure that if you plan to use them, you are very vigilant, do your own research, and double check their work so you don't end up tricked.
